Manor Solomon has received major reactions from back at parent club Tottenham after his goal and assist helped Leeds beat Preston North End 2-1 at Elland Road.
With pressure on the hosts following Burnley’s narrow victory over Norwich on Friday night (11 April), Leeds claimed an important three-points to reclaim top spot in the Championship against Preston North End.
After just four minutes, Solomon cut inside from the edge of the area to curl a beautiful effort into the far corner, and to give Leeds the lead.
The visitors responded quickly, however, when Kaine Kasier-Hayden fired past Karl Dawlow just 120 seconds later.
However, next it was time for Solomon to turn provider, as he drove to the byline before cutting the ball back for Jayden Bogle to tap home and secure the victory in front of their home support.

In a message from Soloman’s official instagram account on Saturday (12 April), the winger said: “A big afternoon! Elland Road was buzzing. Happy Passover to everyone celebrating” alongside a white love heart emoji.
In response to the post, Tottenham trio Micky van de Ven, Archie Gray and Destiny Udogie all reacted to the series of images.
Gray left Leeds for Spurs last summer after a super debut senior campaign under Daniel Farke after the failure to gain promotion to the Premier League.
