Arsenal could complete signing for ‘unbelievable’ Vlahovic alternative after reported update – pundit
Kevin Campbell has tipped Luka Jovic to shine for Arsenal if signed on loan from Real Madrid.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Highbury favourite said the 24-year-old could be an “unbelievable” signing if he rediscovers his best form.
The Gunners have lost out to Juventus in the race to sign Fiorentina star Dusan Vlahovic this month.

According to The Sun (24 January), Arsenal could pursue a loan deal for Jovic after missing out on Vlahovic.
Jovic has struggled to establish himself at Real Madrid since joining in a £52.4million deal from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019.
When asked by Football Insider for his thoughts on a potential move for the Serbia international, Campbell said:
“A loan to look at him until the end of the season could be a good option.
“We have seen players go to clubs and it hasn’t worked out. That is the case with Jovic at Madrid.
“He hasn’t had many opportunities though because Benzema has been unbelievable. He has carried that club since Ronaldo left. What a player he is.
“Jovic hasn’t hit the ground running but before he went to Madrid he was on fire. He is an unbelievable striker.

“He is someone who can put the ball away. That is what Arsenal need. He is physical and he can finish.
“Yes, he hasn’t shown it in Spain but that doesn’t mean he cannot do it at Arsenal. We need one or two in before this window shuts.”
