Arsenal could make three January signings amid Thierry Henry ‘worry’ – Campbell
Kevin Campbell has tipped Arsenal to make three January signings to ensure the club can compete throughout “a long arduous season.”
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunners and Everton striker said Mikel Arteta and Edu “have work to do when the window re-opens.”
The London club have started the season strongly in both the Premier League and the Europa League.

Mikel Arteta’s side were 2-1 winners against FC Zurich last time out (8 September).
Speaking to CBS Sports, via the Mirror (8 September), Gunners legend Thierry Henry revealed he is “worried” about the “depth of the team.”
Henry believes the starting XI is strong enough but not the rest of the squad.
When asked by Football Insider if he agreed with Henry’s assessment of the squad, Campbell said: “With the injuries, there is already a strain on Arsenal’s squad.
“The midfield is an area that is a bit light. Mikel Arteta and Edu know that. They were trying to get a couple of players in before the window closed. The move for Douglas Luiz did not quite happen.

“The squad is not fully done yet, that is for sure. They need to make some moves and get two or three more players in January.
“It is going to be a long arduous season, especially after the World Cup. Arsenal really have some work to do when the window re-opens.”
