Arsenal expert moots Thomas Partey return v Everton after development
Kevin Campbell is over the moon to hear Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is nearing a return from injury.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunners and Everton striker said the 29-year-old “brings something completely different” to Mikel Arteta’s side.
Partey has been sidelined since 20 August with a thigh injury.

The centre-midfielder has missed games against Fulham, Aston Villa and Man United.
Albert Sambi Lonkonga has deputised in the Ghana international’s absence.
As reported by the Evening Standard (6 September), Partey is confident he will make a comeback before the international break.
He is expected to return to training later this week.
Campbell is hopeful Partey can play some part against Everton on Sunday.
“Look, what Thomas Partey brings to the table is vital,” he told Football Insider.
“It is no disrespect to Sambi because he had a good game on Sunday. I thought he had a good game against Villa in midweek as well. He is not Thomas Partey though.
“Partey brings something completely different to this team. He brings experience. He has got the experience of stopping breaks and shutting down danger players.

“Quite often he makes players play quicker than they want to play. If you give [Bruno] Fernandes and [Christian] Eriksen time they will find their guys.
“It is good to know he is coming back. Fingers crossed he will be fit for Everton on Sunday. I think they will need him for that one.”
