Arsenal fans are asking what could have been after Jack Wilshere showed he’s still got it at the Soccer Aid charity football match.
Wilshere, still just 32 years old, showed his quality as he rounded Petr Cech and picked up an assist in a clip which has since gone viral on social media.
In a career which was blighted by seemingly constant injury issues, forcing his early retirement, Wilshere’s performances led to suggestions he could have been one of the game’s greats.
Now the head coach of Arsenal’s under-18s team, fans have speculated about where his career could have gone if not for the injuries after he rolled back the years at Stamford Bridge.

After his performance at Soccer Aid, there was an outpour of compliments from fans and spectators, with some suggesting he could still be in the England squad today.
