Arsenal fans have expressed their disappointment on Twitter after new signing Granit Xhaka was named as a substitute for the game with Ludogorets.
Xhaka, 24, has been dropped after his red card against Swansea in the Premier league on Saturday.
Arsenal posted the team news on their official Twitter account, which sees Kieran Gibbs, Francis Coquelin and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain come in.

Former Gladbach midfielder Xhaka joins the likes of Nacho Monreal, Petr Cech and Alex Iwobi on the bench ahead of the Group A clash.
The £35million summer signing has been in impressive form for the Gunners this season, but is currently suspended from Premier League action after receiving a red card against Swansea.
Arsenal fans have reacted on Twitter in surprised fashion, with many expecting Xhaka to start over Frenchman Francis Coquelin.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Why were not playing Xhaka I'll never know. If Coquelin gets injured tonight we will have no real defensive midfielder for 3 games, 1/2

Surprised that Xhaka doesn't start considering his domestic ban that's coming up.

Expects lineup that bar Xhaka. Thought he'd start given 3 match domestic ban. Otherwise strong team."

Xhaka should have started. He is anyways missing the next PL game vs Borough.

Xhaka is banned for the next three games in all English competitions, and was expected to feature against the Bulgarian giants.
The Switzerland international is well know for his competitive edge and picked up his first red card for the club in just his 10th game, after being sent off for Switzerland earlier this season.
A win for the Gunners would see them go top of Group A if French champions Paris Saint-Germain drop points against Swiss outfit Basel.
