Arsenal fans: ‘This is why Obi-Martin joined Man United’ as raging footage drops
Arsenal fans believe they have discovered the real reason the club were willing to let Chido Obi-Martin leave for Man United as a video of his ‘bad attitude’ emerges.
In the video, Obi-Martin, 16, can be seen reacting furiously after a teammate snuck in to steal a goal in Man United Under-18’s comprehensive 8-0 victory over their Leeds United counterparts.
Obi-Martin is considered one of the most exciting young talents in England after dominating the youth leagues, scoring 32 goals in the Under-18 Premier League last season.
He’s already making a name for himself at United, scoring three goals in as many games as United’s youngsters top the table.
Arsenal right to let Chido Obi-Martin leave the club
Only time will tell if the youngster can live up to his already impressive hype but if he carries his youth form into senior football, Arsenal will have lost a generational talent.
Although he left the North London club in pursuit of a clear pathway into first-team football, Arsenal fans have taken to X, formally known as Twitter, to discuss other theories.
