‘Arsenal fast-track teenager after pain caused by Man United transfer’
Arsenal are already taking internal action an attempt to avoid a repeat of a recent transfer blow they were dealt by Man United, as per a report from the Daily Mail.
Despite being only 15-years-old, Max Dowman is enjoying a rapid rise with the Gunners that has already seen him involved in first-team training.
That is already leading to plenty of discussion around the future of the attacking midfielder, and Arsenal have their own plans in place in an attempt to retain such a promising asset.
Arsenal plan to hand Max Dowman a major opportunity

According to this latest update, a number of Premier League sides have already expressed an interest in signing Dowman.
His current club though do not want to lose another of their assets, as they aim to avoid a repeat of the situation that emerged with striker Chido Obi-Martin.
Having broken numerous goalscoring records at youth level, Obi-Martin then left Arsenal last summer, to join Man United.
The Gunners do not want such a scenario to develop with Dowman as well, and manager Mikel Arteta is apparently therefore open to including him in a first-team matchday squad before the end of this season.
Arsenal are apparently keen to show their young prospects that they will get senior experience with the squad, following their exodus in the summer.
The likes of Amario Cozier-Duberry, Lino Sousa and Reuell Watlers were among those to join Obi-Martin in departing the club during that period.
Gunners plan sensible after Chido Obi-Martin exit
Football Insider Verdict
It is the right move for Arsenal to line up first-team opportunities for the likes of Dowman in these circumstances.
Young players are increasingly getting chances to impress at senior level, and other are going to want to follow suit and take those as well.

So if Dowman feels he is not going to get senior experience with Arteta’s side when he might do elsewhere, the prospect of moving on is going to be tempting.
Given the indications are he could offer further down the line it would be a blow for Arsenal if that was to happen.
It would not be a good look for the club either if such an exodus continued among their young talent after the departures of players such as Obi-Martin to rival clubs such as Man United last summer.
With the likes of Ethan Nwaneri excelling for Arsenal after being added to the first-team at a young age, there should be less concern for Arteta about giving such opportunities to the likes of Dowman as well.
