Arsenal news: Campbell ‘100 per cent’ sure Bukayo Saka will pen new deal amid Liverpool link
Kevin Campbell is “100 per cent” sure Bukayo Saka will put pen to paper on a new deal at Arsenal despite interest from Liverpool and Man City.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunner and Everton striker urged the club to wrap up a deal with the “unbelievable” 20-year-old this summer.
Saka’s contract at the Emirates runs until the summer of 2024.

According to ESPN (3 February), Liverpool and Man City are keeping tabs on the winger in case Arsenal fail to qualify for the Champions League.
The Daily Mail‘s Sami Mokbel claimed (9 February) Saka’s contract situation is a priority for Gunners chiefs.
However, there is concern that failure to qualify for Europe’s elite competition could make a renewal difficult.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his assessment of Saka’s future, Campbell said: “Listen, Saka is going to get sorted, this is 100 per cent.
“Make no mistake about that.
“Man City and Liverpool can have an eye on him all they want. He is an Arsenal player and the club are going to do the right thing and keep him.
“He is a homegrown player and an unbelievable talent. You have to tie your best players down to new long-term contracts.

“In the summer, it will be two years. That is the time where you have to renew. Arsenal do not want to be going down the route where a player has 18 months left on his contract again. It makes no sense. Sort it out this summer.
“Make him wanted and make him feel special. He’s one of the top players at the club and reward him for it.”
