Arsenal star hailed ‘dynamite’ by Campbell after Kylian Mbappe reveal
Kevin Campbell has claimed Gabriel Jesus has been “dynamite” for Arsenal this season.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunners and Everton striker said “it is chalk and cheese” between Jesus and Alexandre Lacazette last season.
As revealed by Squawka (5 September), Jesus has had more touches in the opposition area than any other player in Europe’s top five leagues this term.

The Brazil international leads the way on 66 touches, with Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe in second on 63.
Jesus moved to the Emirates in a £45million deal from Man City on 4 July.
Campbell pointed out that Jesus’ threat “leaves space” for Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka to exploit.
“When you look at how Arsenal were last season compared to how they are last season, it is chalk and cheese,” he told Football Insider.
“Lacazette did a good job linking play but he did not have the energy and the speed to be able to transfer that to the top end. He was not dynamic in the box the way Jesus is.
“Jesus is dynamite. I think he is perfect for what Arsenal do.

“Saka and Martinelli and revelling in the fact that they have got him. You have to account for him. When you account for him it leaves space for Saka and Martinelli. Saka got his goal at the weekend.
“Jesus is essential for what Arsenal do this season. He has only played six Premier League games for Arsenal. It is only going to get better.”
