Arsenal told to sign ‘superb’ Gabriel Jesus partner after journalist’s ‘great’ update – Campbell
Kevin Campbell has urged Arsenal to target Benfica striker Darwin Nunez as well as Gabriel Jesus this summer.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gunners and Everton star believes Nunez, 22, and Jesus, 25, would forge a “great” partnership at the Emirates.
According to Football.London‘s Chris Wheatley (9 May), Arsenal are working on a deal for Man City forward Jesus ahead of the summer.

It was also suggested that the London club will target another centre-forward with both Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah out of contract this June.
Darwin Nunez, Victor Osimhen, Patrick Schick, Jonathan David and Tammy Abraham are but some of the strikers linked with a move to north London.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his preference, Campbell said: “I’d be really happy with Jesus.
“In terms of another striker I like Darwin Nunez. He’s been superb at Benfica.
“I also like Osimhen and Patrick Schick but Nunez would be my choice. He has a bit of everything. He has size, speed, is young and can finish. His profile fits with what Arsenal want.
“Jesus is experienced and could play off a target man like Nunez. That would be two great signings in my opinion. Jesus is tenacious and Nunez is a goalscorer.”

Nunez has been one of the standout players in Portugal this season.
He has contributed 34 goals and four assists in 41 appearances across all competitions.
