Arsenal will accept Kieran Tierney offer after confirmed news – sources
Kieran Tierney is not in the plans of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta for the 2024-25 campaign, sources have told Football Insider.
Tierney admitted in May that there is “every chance” he will leave the Emirates Stadium during the off-season.
And in a recent development, the 27-year-old left-back suffered yet another injury at the European Championships while playing for Scotland – dealing another blow to his reputation.
He has struggled with fitness and persistent injuries in recent seasons and was loaned out to Spanish side Real Sociedad for the 2023-24 campaign.
Arsenal are now ready to accept offers for the left-back despite his contract running until June 2026.
A sale will help boost the Gunners’ transfer kitty and allow them to land top targets this summer.
Tierney made 27 appearances for Real Sociedad in the 2023-24 campaign, with 17 of those outings coming as part of the starting lineup.
Tierney not in Arsenal plans for next season
He struggled to hold down a regular starting berth at La Real due to persistent muscle injuries.
The Scotland international has made 124 total appearances for Arsenal since joining from Celtic for a reported £25million in 2019.
Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko both played at left-back for Arteta’s side in the 2023-24 campaign.

Arsenal finished second in the Premier League last term and will play Champions League football next season.
Arteta’s side have completed a permanent deal for David Raya but are yet to add an outfield signing so far in the off-season.
In other news, Arsenal “very confident” of striking defender deal after new talks.
