Aston Villa ace Morgan Rogers sends message to Jude Bellingham after development
Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers has taken to social media to send a two-word message to Jude Bellingham while on his first England training camp.
The 22-year-old was handed his first senior call-up by interim manager Lee Carsley ahead of their UEFA Nations League games against Greece and the Republic of Ireland.
Rogers was one of five players to receive a call-up after eight decided to drop out and focus on their fitness ahead of a hectic festive schedule.
After an impressive start to the season at Villa, Rogers will be hoping to burst onto the international scene with incoming boss Thomas Tuchel due to take the reins in January.
Unfortunately for him as an attacking midfielder, he’s up against some bonafide superstars, including Jude Bellingham, 21, who played a pivotal role in Real Madrid’s La Liga and Champions League double and England’s Euro 2024 campaign.

With three goals and three assists in 15 games across all competitions, Rogers has a lot of work to do if he wants to become a regular for his country.
Still, it seems he’s fitting right in, taking to Instagram to send a quick message to Bellingham, thanking him for an assist in their latest training session.

Rogers will no doubt get a chance to impress before returning to his club as they stutter in the race for Champions League qualification come the end of the season.
Winless in their last five games across all competitions and losing four consecutively, Villa will be hoping the international break will give them a chance to reset ahead of their Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.
