27-year-old axed in three changes to Rodgers 3-5-2: Celtic best possible XI v Ross County
Celtic return from the international break looking to maintain their 10 point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table as they take on bottom of the table Ross County at Celtic Park.
The Hoops will be looking to make amends for their indifferent last performance, where they failed to breakdown a Motherwell side who had been reduced to 10 men for 50 minutes and had to settle for a goalless draw.
With the Scottish Cup semi-final against Rangers only two weeks away, Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers will be hoping for good performances in the league games leading up to that encounter.
The Hoops face three games in eight days against teams all at the lower end of the league table – Ross County, Dundee and Hamilton – and the Bhoys really should be looking for nine points and comfortable victories in each of those games.
Rodgers should make three changes from the side which faltered against Motherwell if he wants to field his best possible line-up, as well as using a 3-5-2 formation.
