Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi is a massive doubt to face Premier League champions Chelsea in the FA Cup final next weekend, according to a BBC journalist.
BBC Sport’s David Ornstein posted on Monday morning that the 25-year-old German defender is suffering from a concussion, making him a major doubt for the London derby at Wembley Stadium.
Mustafi’s injury only adds to a long list of Arsenal absentees for the final as Ornstein also mentioned on his personal Twitter account that central defender Gabriel could also be unavailable to take on Chelsea.

The 26-year-old Brazilian defender was taken off on a stretcher in the 53rd minute on the final day of the season against Everton.
French defender Laurent Koscielny has been ruled out of the FA Cup final after he received a straight red card on the weekend following a reckless challenge on Everton forward Enner Valencia.

Arsenal have already struggled to cope without Koscielny in the heart of the defence earlier this season especially in the Champions League when the Gunners conceded nine goals against Bayern Munich when the Frenchman was off the pitch.
The potential absence of these players, not to mention Alex Oxlade Chamberlain’s recent injury, means that Arsene Wenger might need to start Arsenal captain Per Mertesacker in the FA Cup final.
The 32-year-old German defender replaced the injured Gabriel in the 3-1 victory over Everton on the weekend.
