Hector Bellerin has shown what he really thinks of Robin Van Persie as he responded to a Facebook user with the name ‘VanItaliaPersie’ by stating he does not like that name.

The 21-year-old was answering questions on the Arsenal Facebook page when a user with the name ‘VanItaliaPersie’ asked him a question, with Bellerin issuing a blunt response.

“By the way, I don’t like that name,” said Bellerin on the club’s official Facebook page.

Former Arsenal striker Van Persie is an unpopular figure in north London following his move to Manchester United in 2012.

The Arsenal faithful have not forgiven their former player for forcing a move to Old Trafford where he ended up lifting the Premier League crown in his debut season at the club.

Van Persie, 33, made scored 131 goals in 276 appearances for Arsene Wenger’s side and was equally prolific when he then moved to Old Trafford, striking 58 goals in 105 appearances in all competitions.

The Dutch international will return to Old Trafford on October 20 when his current club Fenerbahce take on Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United in the Europa League.

Van Persie moved to the Turkish giants from United in the summer of 2015, where he has notched up 22 goals in 53 appearances.
