Betting latest: Euro club favourites to re-sign Tottenham 25-year-old

Serie A giats Roma are the favourites to re-sign Tottenham attacker Erik Lamela this summer, according to the latest bookmaker odds.
Bet Victor have priced Roma at 2/1 to capture the Spurs 25-year-old before the transfer deadline on September 3.
Fellow Italian giants AC Milan trail close behind with odds of 3/1, while another of his former clubs and home country side River Plate are priced in third with 4/1.
Lamela only played 14 times for Tottenham in all competitions last season with a hip injury ruling him out for the majority of the campaign.
He still managed a very commendable two goals and seven assists in those appearances, but it was also reported by the Times on Monday that both Lamela and teammate Danny Rose would miss the start of Spurs’ 2017-18 season.
The 23-time capped Argentina international has been part of the north London club for for years after joining from Roma in an initial £25.8million deal.
He has featured 121 times for the club in total, returning 19 goals while also providing 31 and fellow countryman Mauricio Pochettino seemed to be helping the right-winger pick up his form.
Lamela also still has three years remaining on his contract with Tottenham and Pochettino is likely to be looking to add to his successful side before reducing it this summer.
