
Birmingham City sensation Tobey Ugorji chased by Premier League sides – sources
A host of Premier League and foreign clubs are tracking Birmingham teenage sensation Tobey Ugorji, sources have told Football Insider.
The Birmingham City under-16 striker has scored 26 goals and provided 15 assists in 28 games at youth level so far this season.
His displays have brought him onto the radar of multiple elite clubs in the Premier League as well as in Ligue 1.
Birmingham have a proven track record of developing young talent and Ugorji, who qualifies for England and Nigeria, is the latest teenager to come to the fore at St Andrew’s.

Most notably, Real Madrid and England superstar Jude Bellingham was a product of the club’s academy before he was sold to Borussia Dortmund for a reported £25million – the highest fee the club has ever received for a player.
His brother Jobe, who has since moved to Sunderland, is another high-profile graduate from Birmingham’s youth set-up.
Former Everton star Demarai Gray also spent a decade with the club before moving to Leicester City in 2016, while former Southampton and current Burnley winger Nathan Redmond also graduated.
Ugorji joined Birmingham’s academy in August 2016 and has since established himself as one of the academy’s top attacking prospects.
