Bournemouth ready Andoni Iraola offer – sources
Bournemouth want to secure the future of manager Andoni Iraola with a new long-term deal, sources have told Football Insider.
Iraola, 42, is only under contract at the Vitality Stadium until June 2026.
The Spaniard has proven to be a top appointment after raising eyebrows when he arrived to replace Gary O’Neil last year (2023).
He has done a great job so far on the south coast, transforming their fortunes after their battle against relegation in the 2022-23 campaign.
Bournemouth’s ambitious owners now want to build on the project by tying the Spanish boss down to a big new deal.
Iraola’s side are now established in mid-table and Cherries fans are daring to dream about a potential push into the European places.
His Bournemouth side finished 12th in the Premier League last term – some 22 points clear of the drop zone and only one point from the top half.

Antoine Semenyo and Milos Kerkez are among the current Bournemouth stars being tipped to follow the England international to an elite Premier League side.
The 42-year-old had previously managed at Rayo Vallecano, CD Mirandes and AEK Larnaca before the Cherries took a risk and brought him to the Premier League.
Iraola will be hoping to better Bournemouth’s best-ever Premier League finish this season – which is currently Eddie Howe’s ninth-place finish in the 2016-17 campaign.
