‘Brighton bid Abdallah Sima plus £30m for striker prodigy, response emerges’
Brighton are willing to sanction the permanent exit of Abdallah Sima as the Premier League club look to bolster their forward line in the summer transfer window.
Sima has scored 12 goals in 39 appearances across all competitions during his current loan spell with French Ligue 1 side Brest.
The winger previously enjoyed a loan stint with Rangers, scoring 16 goals for the Scottish outfit last term.
But Hurzeler is not looking to reintegrate the 23-year-old to the Seagulls squad, instead utilising him as a bargain chip in transfer negotiations.

Brighton prepared to bid £30m and Sima for Olympiacos star
The Seagulls could climb to eighth in the Premier League table if they manage to beat champions Liverpool on Monday, and Brentford fil to beat West London rivals Fulham on Sunday.
Meanwhile, according to The Athletic [16 May], Brighton have offered £30million plus Sima for Olympiacos striker Charalampos Kostoulas.

The 17-year-old has notched seven goals in 22 Greek Super League appearances, most recently scoring in a 4-2 win over Panathiankos on 30 March.
Kostoulas could be a great addition for Brighton
Brighton have a successful recruitment model, which is the envy of several Premier League rivals, as the South Coast club have a knack for picking up relatively unknown young talent, and eventually selling those players on for hefty transfer fees.
Perhaps there is no better example of that than Moises Caicedo, who the Seagulls signed from Ecuadorian side Independiente del Valle in 2021.
The midfielder provided stellar service for Brighton, barring a loan stint with Belgian outfit Beerschot during the 2021/22 season, before being sold to Chelsea for a fee of £115m.
At just 17 years old, Kostoulas has already displayed his eye for goal in Olympiacos colours, and could prove to be a great signing for Brighton ahead of next term.
His youthfulness could perfectly complement the experience of current Seagulls marksman Danny Welbeck, while he could go on to fetch a handsome transfer fee if he proves to be a success in the Premier League.
