Man United winger Amad shared a cryptic verdict on his Ballon’ D’or dreams on social media in his latest post.

Despite Amad scoring an own goal against Everton in their latest fixture, he has remained a key figure for Ruben Amorim, regularly featuring as the club’s starting right-sided winger.
The 23-year-old enjoyed an impressive season under Amorim last term, establishing himself ahead of Antony and Jadon Sancho in the pecking order, leaving them looking for an exit.

Amad shared a series of photos following United’s tour of the United States, including a photoshopped image of himself holding the Ballon d’Or trophy.
The post quickly gained attention on Instagram, with teammate Ayden Heaven commenting, “Stop this!” while Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount showed their support by liking the post.
He also shared the same set of images on X, adding the caption: “Let them talk like always.”
It’s a bold statement, particularly in light of United’s difficult campaign last season, where they finished 15th in the Premier League table.
Despite the team’s struggles, the Ivorian impressed under Amorim, scoring 10 goals and providing nine assists across all competitions. He proved to be a consistent attacking outlet, both from the right wing and in more central roles.
After Amad signed a new contract with Man United in December—just weeks after Amorim’s appointment—his place in the squad appears secure, and the recent post signals a clear intent to continue progressing at the top level.

While Fernandes showed support for Amad’s latest post, uncertainty continues to surround his own future at Old Trafford.
Football Insider revealed that Man United would be open to letting Fernandes leave the club if a “huge” offer comes in.
Although Fernandes previously rejected a move to Al-Hilal, fresh rumours have emerged linking him with a potential transfer to Al-Nassr.
With Al-Hilal having been willing to offer up to £100 million, it remains to be seen whether a similar bid materialises, and whether United are prepared to cash in on their captain.
