BT Sports pundit Stephen Craigan has taken to social media to preview tonight’s Motherwell-Celtic game.

The teams meet at Fir Park only three days after a controversial Betfred Cup Final, which Celtic won 2-0.

Celtic were left furious after a poor challenge by Cedric Kipre on Moussa Dembele, which has put the Celtic striker out with an ankle injury for a few weeks.

Meanwhile, Motherwell were left livid by the second-half sending-off of Kipre by referee Craig Thomson for a foul on Scott Sinclair, who the Fir Park side accused of diving.

The incidents have meant given the game a ‘tasty’ build-up, according to Craigan on his Twitter account.

He said: “Motherwell v Celtic tonight, tasty!!

“The fallout continues from Sunday and the Cup Final with everyone having an opinion. Just adds to the game tonight in my eyes. Should be a cracker.”

The match is the second of a trilogy between the teams, with the sides playing at Celtic Park on Saturday afternoon.

Celtic go into the game on a 65 game unbeaten run, which is a British domestic record.

The Hoops are currently three points ahead of Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership league table, albeit with a game in hand.
