'Buzzing' - Centre-back takes to Twitter after wrapping up Rangers deal

Rangers centre-back Kyle Bradley is “buzzing” after wrapping up a new deal with the club on Tuesday.

The Light Blues announced via their official Youth Academy Twitter account that Bradley, 19, was among four players to have extended their stays at Ibrox by putting pen to paper on new deals.

Ben Williamson, Ciaran Dickson and Harris O’Connor also agreed new contracts with the Gers and now, defender Bradley has taken to his personal Twitter account to discuss his latest agreement.

“Buzzing to sign a new deal at Rangers. Looking forward to the future,” he said.

Bradley is one of the more exciting young defenders in the Gers’ youth ranks having already made his first-team debut.

Pedro Caixinha handed the centre-back his debut against St Johnstone at the end of last season when he came off the bench for the final five minutes of a 2-1 win at McDiarmid Park.

Bradley is clearly making a good impression at Ibrox having already earned his senior debut under Caixinha and earning himself a brief loan stint at Clyde. The Light Blues have handed a lot of new deals out to young players as of late and Bradley is perhaps the pick of the bunch. He will surely be looking to the likes of Ross McCrorie in breaking into the senior squad on a more regular basis in the future and there’s a chance that Graeme Murty will give him a chance as this season starts to fizzle out. However that only may happen if second place is confirmed.

In other Rangers news, Mark Allen would become a Gers legend if he signs this Celtic-mad midfielder who rejected Walter Smith.
