Casemiro spotted screaming at Alejandro Garnacho as Man United footage emerges

Man United midfielder Casemiro has been shown going ballistic at fellow teammate Alejandro Garnacho in previously unseen footage from their recent fixture against Chelsea.

United were held to a 1-1 draw by the Blues as their early-season struggles continue to mount.

Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side initially took the lead through a Bruno Fernandes penalty, but Moises Caicedo equalised just four minutes later to earn his team a point at Old Trafford.

The draw did continue United’s unbeaten run since Erik ten Hag has been sacked, but new footage from inside the ground has showcased tension between Casemiro and Garnacho.

The video showcases the Brazil international earning a yellow card after fouling Cole Palmer, but he immediately voices his anger toward his younger teammate for causing the Chelsea attack.

The winger lost the ball during a United attack which led to Chelsea countering them until Casemiro stopped it, and he was quick to express his frustrations.

Casemiro’s long-term Man United future remains unclear

The experienced midfielder has come under fire himself numerous times in a United shirt, with his performances being consistently questioned by fans and pundits last season.

Casemiro was linked with moves away from Old Trafford during the summer transfer window but ultimately ended up remaining with the Premier League giants this season.

However, Football Insider revealed that United are plotting to sell the defensive midfielder as soon as the January transfer window opens.

Football Insider reported that a move to Saudi Arabia is expected for Casemiro either in January or next summer due to the 32-year-old having no resale value.

Casemiro has played in all but one of United’s Premier League fixtures this season, remaining a prominent figure within the team.

United are back in action on Thursday (7 November) against PAOK in the Europa League.
