Celtic ace Leigh Griffiths pokes fun at Rangers again on Twitter
By Harry Sykes
Leigh Griffiths has poked fun at Rangers on Twitter following their 3-2 defeat at the hands of Hibernian on Saturday.
Celtic’s bitter rivals took an early lead through Alfredo Morelos but slumped to a home loss after being reduced to 10 men in the 36th minute following the dismissal of another summer signing in Ryan Jack.
Victory for Neil Lennon’s men handed them their second league win in a row, a statistic shared by the champions after their win at Partick Thistle on Friday night.
It was also the third time in succession that newly-promoted Hibernian had secured victory against Rangers, with the most notable their Scottish Cup triumph in May of last year, when the result was also 3-2.
Griffiths, who is renowned for his social media digs at Rangers, was quick to have his say on Twitter as he responded to a song posted by a fellow Hibee.

The song read: “This is how it feels to be Rangers. Going for 55 and you know. The Hibs have pumped you 3-2 for 3 in a row, 3 in a row, 3 in a row.”
Griffiths couldn’t hide his laughter as he responded with a ‘rolling on the floor laughing’ emoji.

Griffiths spent two seasons on loan to Hibernian from former club Wolves as he demonstrated the goal prowess that persuaded Celtic to sign him in the summer of 2014.
The 26-year-old scored 38 goals in 78 appearances for Hibs and also supplied 17 assists.
In other Rangers news, fans have destroyed a summer signing on Twitter for his display against Hibernian.
