The 26-year-old attacker is having a superb season, having scored 16 goals, but in both matches against the Gers this season he hasn’t been able to make much of an impression.

This season, when he has been on his game, Forrest has been able to win games on his own, the Scottish Cup win over Partick for example, and he is more than capable of giving Rangers real problems at the back.
