
Celtic ‘concerned’ about losing Carter-Vickers in new twist – O’Rourke
Celtic are concerned that they will lose Cameron Carter-Vickers during the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed that the Scottish giants would be “demanding big money” for the centre-back if they were to sell him after this season.

Celtic are a well-run club that does not spend beyond their means, but that has created frustration from fans who want them to go out and splash the cash to reach the next level.
Supporters have urged the club to financially back Rodgers this summer, but they might end up having to make some sales to make that happen.
Selling Carter-Vickers would bolster Rodgers’ finances this summer, as he has proven himself capable of playing at the highest level.
However, there is a concern among supporters that losing him would weaken the team due to the qualities the United States international brings to the team.

Well-placed sources have revealed to Football Insider that Rodgers’ main priority is to strengthen the squad this summer, with a striker being top of the targets.
