Celtic expert issues ‘massive’ Josip Juranovic claim ahead of Rangers showdown
Frank McAvennie has backed Josip Juranovic to have “one last hurrah” at Celtic.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Hoops striker said Juranovic will want to have one last big game for the Celts before leaving in the winter window.
The 27-year-old was on the bench for 4-0 win over Hibernian on Wednesday (28 December) after returning from Qatar.

The right-back has not featured for Ange Postecoglou’s side since their 2-1 win over Motherwell on 9 November.
According to the Herald (31 December), Italian side Monza have joined the race for the Croatian’s signature.
But they face tough competition from some of Europe’s elite clubs including Barcelona, Man United and Chelsea who are all attempting to sign the defender.
McAvennie believes Juranovic will leave Parkhead this month but not before featuring against Rangers.
“I think he will want to play against Rangers no matter if he is moving or not,” he told Football Insider.
“He will want to play in this game. It is a massive game. He will say to Ange that he wants to play even if he is leaving. That is what his attitude will be.
“Juranovic on the bench the other night was just in case something went pear shaped.

“I have got lots of confidence for the game against Rangers but I am concerned about the right-back.
“Juranovic will play, he will want one last hurrah at Ibrox. I would want to play. I am hopeful that is what is going to happen.“
