Celtic fans in online frenzy over Adam Idah’s Instagram ‘hint’
Celtic supporters on social media believe Adam Idah may have dropped a positive hint towards his future following a cryptic online post.
Idah – who scored nine crucial goals in green hoops during a loan spell from Norwich City since February – shared on his Instagram story [25 June] two images from a holiday captioned with green hearts, alongside the song “Don’t Worry, Be Happy”, prompting Celtic fans to point out the potential clue towards a return to Glasgow.
Football Insider revealed on 14 June that Brendan Rodgers and the club have received “positive signs” over a potential swoop for the Irish international, and that Idah himself is “very keen” to come back to Parkhead, be it on another loan or permanently.
Norwich, who begin a new chapter under Johannes Hoff Thorup, are however in a strong position regarding Idah with the 23-year-old having four years left to run on his existing contract at Carrow Road.
