'Monstrosity', 'Cracking' - Celtic fans deliver mixed response to Scott Brown tweet

Celtic fans have given their response to Scott Brown after the Hoops captain asked his Twitter followers what they thought of the club’s new strip for the next season.

The new kit was unveiled on Tuesday at an official unveil and showed the traditional green and white hoops cut at the arms in a new take on the jersey which is made kit suppliers New Balance.

Keen to know what his fans thought, Broony asked them on his official Twitter account, “What we all thinking of the new strip.”

This led to an onslaught from supporters who queried the decision to omit the all-round hoop from the sleeves, while others absolutely loved the new shirt.

Brown has been busy on social media of late, taking any opportunity to shoot down the Bhoys Old Firm rivals Rangers ahead of the weekend’s potential title-winning fixture on Sunday.

The 32-year-old earlier in the week claimed that the Gers weren’t even the second-best team in the Scottish Premiership.
