Celtic supporters have taken to social media to praise Norwegian teenager Kristoffer Ajer for his performance against Partick Thistle in Celtic’s 2-0 victory.
The 19-year-old started his second league game in three and received rave reviews from supporters, with one describing his performances as getting “better and better with every game”.
Ajer also turned in a good display recently against Hamilton, and with the poor recent form of Dedryck Boyata and Jozo Simunovic some supporters want to see Ajer in the team most weeks.
Here are a few of the best reactions on Twitter to Ajer’s performance:
Ajer has been brilliant tonight. Not afraid to take the ball for a wee wander.

As for the game itself, the Hoops struggled to create chances until a thunderbolt by Stuart Armstrong opened the scoring in the 35th minute.
Thistle goalkeeper Tomas Cerny denied Odsonne Edouard the second goal with two fine saves before a fine Kieran Tierney strike put the Hoops 2-0 ahead in the 67th minute.
Dedryck Boyata and Leigh Griffiths both missed chances to add to the lead as the game ended 2-0.
The win took the Hoops five points clear of their closest challengers Aberdeen at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
The Bhoys’ next league encounter is a top of the table clash against the Dons at Celtic Park on Saturday.
In other Celtic news, supporters weren’t happy to see Dedryck Boyata start the match against Partick
