Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to call on the chiefs to end the contract stalemate with Tom Rogic and prevent him leaving the club in the next 12 months.

Rogic, 25, has a deal with the Scottish champions that runs until the summer of 2019 and his future is shrouded in doubt amid reports he has rejected an extension and is ready to quit following the January arrival of Charly Musonda.

Australian outlet The World Game recently claimed that the Hoops playmaker has turned down a new contract because he is unhappy with the terms on offer.

It is said that the Australia international has also been put off by his reduced game time this season as well as the January arrival of Charly Musonda on an 18-month loan from Chelsea.

Rogic has struggled with injuries this season but demonstrated his calibre with the first Celtic equaliser in their 3-2 win over Rangers last weekend and his scored five goals and supplied eight assists from 31 appearances in all competitions in 2017-18.
