A statistician has found two Celtic players to be top of the list when it comes to successful forward passes per game.
Dougie Wright has Celtic captain Scott Brown top of his list, with 15.9 forward passes per game.
Just behind Brown is fellow Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham, who has 14.9 forward passes per game.
A third Celtic player features on the list, and it’s yet another midfielder, Stuart Armstrong, who plays 13.2 forward passes per game.

Scott Brown has been a player reborn since Brendan Rodgers became Celtic manager from the player who looked finished with injuries towards the end of Ronny Deila’s time as Celtic boss.
These statistics show how influential Brown is to the current Celtic side.
Olivier Ntcham has been in and out of the Celtic side since joining from Manchester City for £4.5 million in July. He has featured in most of Celtic’s Champions League games and has scored three goals in 14 games overall.
Celtic – perhaps featuring both Brown and Ntcham – return to action this weekend after the international break with a lunchtime trip to Ross County.
The Hoops then face a big double-header of a Champions League trip to Paris to play PSG then the Betfred Cup Final against Motherwell at Hampden Park next Sunday.
