Bosnian defender Jozo Simunovic played a big part in Celtic’s treble-winning team of 2016/17 and should remain a big part of Brendan Rodgers’ plans.
The 23-year-old has struck up a solid partnership with Dedryck Boyata at the heart of the Hoops’ defence but, like Boyata, has had some injury problems recently.
If he can remain fit throughout the season, Jozo will be vital as Celtic try and secure a seventh consecutive Scottish Premiership title.
