Brendan Rodgers will find it difficult to improve on what he achieved last season with Celtic but the Northern Irishman is looking in a good position to do just that.

Rodgers’ squad has had more than their share of injuries so far this season with Moussa Dembele, Dedryck Boyata, Scott Brown, Stuart Armstrong, Leigh Griffiths and Jozo Simunovic all missing games so far.
