Celtic tipped to get ‘multiple deals done’ after ‘brilliant’ update – Kenny
Ange Postecoglou’s recent comments on his January transfer plans are “brilliant” for Celtic fans to hear.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider as the Hoops manager gave a positive update on potential signings.
As quoted by the Daily Record on Wednesday (14 December) Postecoglou insists “we are working really hard” to secure multiple signings that can arrive right at the start of the January window.

On Monday (13 December) Japanese outlet Hochi Sports reported the Hoops have reached an agreement to sign Kawasaki Frontale ace Reo Hatate.
Kenny insists “multiple” Celtic signings will help to close the gap on Rangers in the second half of the season.
“I look at Celtic and see a squad that isn’t as deep as Rangers'” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I think that’s why Rangers have the advantage. If players get injured they have quality replacements.
“Celtic have some quality but they are going through a bit of an injury crisis at the moment.
“I just don’t see the same quality I do with Rangers. That’s why getting these players in is so important.
“You have to remember, the rebuild isn’t finished. They signed a lot of players in the summer but I’m sure the manager knows there is still a lot of work to do.

“It’s brilliant for the fans to hear. They know their club is pulling out all the stops.
“If Celtic can get multiple deals done then, for me, it will really boost their chances of closing that gap to Rangers.”
