Celtic told to appoint Sean Dyche as Premier League club swoop for Ange Postecoglu – pundit
Paul Robinson has named Sean Dyche as a potential replacement for Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou in 2023.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one suspects Postecoglou will exit Parkhead for a Premier League club sooner rather than later.
Dyche was one of the candidates to replace Giovanni van Bronckhorst last month but Rangers instead opted for Michael Beale.

According to journalist Alan Nixon (13 November), Postecoglou is “top of” Everton’s wishlist should they decide to part company with Frank Lampard.
However, as quoted by the Scotsman (17 November), the 57-year-old said he “loves” his job at Celtic Park despite recent speculation.
Robinson suggested Dyche, whom he played under at Burnley, would be in the running to replace Postecoglou.
“It would have been a huge opportunity for Sean,” he told Football Insider.
“He is a tried and tested manager but he is yet to showcase an attacking brand of football and at Rangers I think he would have done that. He could have turned them around. Sean would have had an impact in both the short and long term.

“Another job for Sean could be Celtic. It is only a matter of time before Postecoglou leaves for a Premier League job. There will be opportunities for him to go south of the border over the next 12 months and he might take it.
“Sean will have a lot of offers from a lot of clubs coming in this season but a Rangers or a Celtic would be perfect for him.”
