Chelsea fans have urged Enzo Maresca to drop Robert Sanchez as the first-choice goalkeeper when club football returns after the international break.
Fans have made the decision after WhoScored revealed that Sanchez has committed more errors leading to a goal in the top five leagues this season than any other player.
Chelsea have conceded three goals directly because of an error made by the 26-year-old, who has started all 11 games in the Premier League this season.
The Blues have let in 13 goals this season and currently sit third in the table, with Sanchez having only kept two clean sheets throughout this campaign.
The former Brighton shot-stopper has made 32 appearances since he joined the club in August 2023 but did spend the second half of last season having to fight for his place after Djordje Petrovic was given a chance in the team.

Chelsea signed Filip Jorgensen to provide competition for Sanchez, and he has been playing in Maresca’s ‘B team’ in cup competitions and Europe this season.
Blues supporters have urged Maresca to consider using Jorgensen, while making it clear it’s time for Sanchez to be dropped from the team as they think he could cost the manager his job.
