Chelsea star Moises Caicedo reacts to Jeremy Sarmiento’s message at Burnley
Chelsea star Moises Caicedo and Burnley’s Josh Brownhill have reacted to a message from Jeremy Sarmiento on social media.
The Ecuadorian winger joined the Clarets on loan this summer, but with Jaidon Anthony and Man United target Marcus Edwards in great form, the 22-year-old has struggled to nail down a regular starting spot.
Sarmiento impressed in an FA Cup victory over Preston, but his time at Turf Moor has been unspectacular.
Burnley’s 2-1 win over Norwich on Friday (11 April), coupled with Sheffield United’s defeat to Plymouth Argyle leaves Scott Parker’s side in pole position for an immediate return to the Premier League.
The Clarets’ five-point lead with just four games remaining means they can almost start planning for life back in the big time, but they will need to remain focused, especially with a match against the Blades on the horizon.

Jeremy Sarmiento sends message to Burnley fans ahead of Watford clash
Ahead of the Claret’s match against Watford, which could see them move up to first in the Championship table if Leeds drop points, Sarmiento shared a series of photos on Instagram, captioned: “In The Home Straight”.
The post was liked by the winger’s international teammate Caicedo, and club teammate, Brownhill.
Scott Parker given last chance to prove himself in Premier League
Football Insider Verdict
Parker has more than proven himself capable of achieving promotion to the Premier League, having previously done so while in charge of Fulham and Bournemouth.
Should the Englishman achieve the feat for a remarkable third time, he will move behind the record-holding Neil Warnock, the only manager to gain promotion to the Premier League on four separate occasions.
However, the difference between the two managers is that the 76-year-old not only made a name for himself as a promotion expert, but he also managed to keep one of his sides up in the following season (QPR 2011/12).

Parker’s track record is an impressive one, but he is yet to prove himself capable of managing in England’s biggest league, having been fired by both Fulham and Bournemouth.
Should Burnley achieve promotion this season, all eyes will be on the former Tottenham midfielder as he attempts his third stint in the Premier League as a manager.
