Chris Sutton: This 24-year-old must be restored to Celtic starting XI v Hibernian

Chris Sutton believes that Brendan Rodgers must restore Tom Rogic to his starting line-up after leaving him on the bench against Bayern Munich in midweek.
Stuart Armstrong slotted into the No 10 role behind the striker in the 24-year-old’s absence, but had little effect as the Hoops slumped to a 3-0 loss at the Allianz Arena.
Now, BT Sport pundit Sutton has called upon the Hoops to start Rogic in the attacking midfield position behind Leigh Griffiths as they take on Hibernian in the Scottish League Cup semi-final clash at Hampden Park on Saturday.
“Rogic has to come in, let’s get it right,” he said, as shown on BT Sport Football’s official Periscope account.
“I certainly thing that Rogic was a huge miss for Celtic in Munich. Celtic needed to get up the pitch and Rogic would have been a huge part in that.

“Could he bring [Moussa] Dembele in over Griffiths? I don’t think he will. I think Dembele has had fitness issues. I expect him [Rodgers] to stick with Griffiths.”
Rogic has been in and out of the Celtic first-team in recent weeks, starting 12 of his 17 appearances across all competitions this season.
The Australia international has scored four goals and supplied five assists in those games, and it’s clear that Sutton is backing the playmaker to have a huge impact yet again when they face Hibernian this weekend.
A place in the League Cup semi-final is beckoning for the Hoops against a Hibs side that have defensive fitness worries, much like Rodgers will have.
Motherwell and Rangers face off in the other semi-final on Sunday, meaning there is a potential Old Firm derby in the final should both the Glasgow sides win.
In other Celtic news, this full-back is in a race for fitness on Saturday.
