Chris Sutton has aimed yet another dig at Rangers by stating they “may not be worth talking about much” if they continue to fall down the table.
These comments come after his fellow BT Sports pundit Robbie Savage asked “how long it will take” for the former Celtic striker to talk about the Gers ahead of the weekend football.
Sutton has been very opinionated and outspoken about Rangers’ recent downfall, particularly, in recent weeks where they have suffered a number of surprising defeats.
The managerless club were beaten 2-1 at Inverness on Friday night which prompted Sutton to once again criticise the club’s demise.
Ahead of the weekend football, former Premier League winner Sutton issued this response to Savage regarding Rangers as posted on his personal Twitter account.
“How long does it take on BT Sport’s score for Sutton to mention Rangers game,” asked Savage.
“Well, if Rangers keep dropping down the table they may not be worth talking about much,” Sutton replied.

The Ibrox club are currently without a manager after Mark Warburton left his role in Scotland earlier on this month.
It was announced by the club that the former Championship boss resigned from his post, but Warburton later denied these claims.
At this moment in time, Graeme Murty is in charge of the club, but the former defender has seen his side suffer back-to-back defeats in recent weeks.
As a result, they are sitting in third place in the SPL table, six points behind Aberdeen and 30 points behind runaway leaders Celtic.
The Glasgow club will host St Johnstone in their next match at Ibrox which takes place at the start of next month.
In other Rangers news, Chris Sutton has hit out at Dave King and stated he should be obsessed with the club.
