Pawel Cibicki took to social media to celebrate Leeds’ win against Norwich City on Saturday and his successful week at the club.

Cibicki called it a ‘nice week’ after he made his Championship debut against Queens Park Rangers and then played his first game at Elland Road against Norwich City.

He posted the message to Leeds fans on his official Twitter account after the 1-0 win on Saturday.

Cibicki was happy that his fellow Swede Pontus Jansson grabbed the only goal of the game to see the Whites defeat Norwich City 1-0.

The winger was the one who got the assist having whipped in a free-kick from the right for Jansson to head home.

The assist was his second in two league appearances this season, after not being used by Thomas Christiansen earlier in the season.

Cibicki joined Leeds in the summer from Malmo and signed a four-year-contract with the club.

The victory against Norwich City put Leeds within one point off both Aston Villa and Sheffield United who currently occupy the final play-off places.

The Whites face Hull City next in the league, who are 19th, 15 points behind Leeds ahead of playing Cardiff City.

The Tigers have only won out of their last ten league games, whereas Leeds haven’t been defeated in their last four.

In other Leeds United news, this Whites fringe player has dropped a huge hint about a potential future transfer away from Elland Road.
