Cody Gakpo and Dominik Szoboszlai have reacted to the news that Milos Kerkez has joined Premier League champions Liverpool.
The Hungary international has established himself as one of the best attacking full-backs in the top flight by notching two goals and five assists in 38 league appearances last term.
Kerkez’s impressive efforts helped the Cherries finish ninth in the Premier League under Andoni Iraola’s successful stewardship.
But the left-back is now tasked with helping Liverpool retain their title after officially signing for the Anfield club on Thursday, 26 June.

The Scotland international has been an exceptional servant for the Reds since joining from Hull City back in 2017, helping the Anfield side win two Premier League titles and the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Tsimikas has largely served as the former Hull man’s deputy since leaving Olympiacos in 2020, but has been able to show his class in over 100 appearances.
After signing Kerkez from Bournemouth, Slot is now set to make the 21-year-old his first-choice left-back, while Atletico Madrid want to sign Robertson.
Amid Atletico’s interest in Robertson, Tsimikas could join Nottingham Forest, leaving the Reds with a major decision to make in the transfer market.
Should the Reds opt to keep Robertson alongside Kerkez, they will retain a wealth of experience as well as enjoying the former Bournemouth man’s attacking services.
On the other hand, Tsimikas has already proven he is content to serve as a backup option and could remain Slot’s second choice behind the Hungarian.
