Antonio Conte has made two changes to his Chelsea team which takes on Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The Italian manager has decided to bring Victor Moses and Nemanja Matic back into his starting line-up following the midweek 3-1 win against Manchester City.
The changes have resulted in 22-year-old Kurt Zouma being axed to the bench with Cesc Fabregas also dropping out of the Blues’ eleven.
Chelsea confirmed their line-up via their official Twitter account prior to the 5.30pm kick off at the Vitality Stadium.

Chelsea will be keen to pick up all three points on the south coast on Saturday after close rivals Tottenham earned a convincing 4-0 win over Watford earlier in the day, bringing the points gap to just four at the top.

The Blues were in fine form before last weekend’s defeat against Crystal Palace and with eight games of the season left Conte’s men will be keen to avoid any end of season collapses.
Meanwhile, Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth team are struggling in 15th place with seven points currently separating them from the relegation zone at this late stage.
The two clubs last met in December at Stamford Bridge, which saw Chelsea earn a 3-0 victory with goals coming from Pedro and Eden Hazard alongside a Steve Cook own goal.
