Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has named an unchanged team for Monday evening’s Premier Leagua clash against West Ham.
The Italian has made the decision to stick with the team that has served him so well this campaign and earned a 3-1 win over Swansea in their last outing.
Chelsea announced their side on the club’s official Twitter account prior to the 8.00pm kick off at the London Stadium.

Chelsea are currently flying in the league as they nestle at the top seven points clear of second placed Tottenham.
Another three points picked up against the Hammers on Monday evening would see them move 10 points clear with just 11 matches left this season.

However, the London club have started to falter with two draws alongside their two victories from their last four matches.
They will be keen to pick up their form, but their last outing at the London Stadium did not go as planned as they were dumped out of the EFL Cup in a 2-1 defeat against West Ham.
Conte’s men will be hoping for a far more positive result this time out and the result of this game could be key in deciding where the title goes at the end of the campaign.
In other Chelsea news, Frank Lampard believes this exceptional Tottenham player gives them an edge in the title race.
