Delle Alli has been named on the substitute’s bench for Tottenham’s clash against West Ham on Wednesday night.
As revealed by Football Insider on Wednesday morning, the Spurs playmaker is given a breather after starting the last five matches.
Alli suffered ankle problems in the 2-1 win over Swansea and is replaced in central midfield by Ryan Mason, while Nacer Chadli comes in for Heung-Son Min on the flank.

In other Tottenham team news, Pochettino continues to rotate his full-backs, with Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies replacing Kyle Walker and Danny Rose.
