Confirmed Rangers line-up v Aberdeen: Caixinha makes two changes, debutant included
By Will Butcher
Pedro Caixinha has made two changes to his Rangers side to face Aberdeen on Wednesday night at Ibrox in their penultimate Scottish Premiership fixture.
BBC reported defenders Rob Kiernan, Philippe Senderos, Danny Wilson and Lee Wallace and midfielders Jordan Rossiter and Niko Kranjcar are all sidelined to face the Dons.
Young defender Aidan Wilson starts alongside Davis Bates at the back in what is his debut, while Joe Dodoo comes in for Jason Holt.
Goalscoring duo Joe Garner and Barrie McKay remain in Caixinha’s starting line-up, as they look to prevent making it three losses from four clashes against Derek McInnes’ side.
Clint Hill is the other player to make way.

Martyn Waghorn has been forced to watch from the sidelines for the second consecutive match, after being dropped to face the Jam Tarts last time out.
It sees vice captain Kenny Miller line-up in attack with McKay and Garner, while Jon Toral and Josh Windass will be expected to bomb on from midfield to join the attack.
Flame-haired defender Bates continues at the heart of the defence alongside debutant Wilson, but Myles Beerman misses out to Lee Hodson, while James Tavernier, Jason Holt and Wes Foderingham also start.
Rangers will be buoyant from the last time they faced Aberdeen, which saw the Gers earn a comfortable 3-0 win at Pittodrie, thanks to goals from Joe Dodoo and a brace from Kenny Miller.
In other Rangers news, McInnes has taken a huge swipe at the Dons ahead of Thursday night’s clash.
