Conor Hourihane sends Twitter message after Aston Villa win v Derby
By Amir Mir
Conor Hourihane has congratulated his Aston Villa teammates for a “huge win” against Derby County on Saturday afternoon.
Midfielder Hourihane was absent from the weekend clash at Villa Park because of injury as Leandro Bacuna deputised in his place.
Prior to this game, Villa had lost five matches on the bounce as they ensured they stopped that unwanted run through a James Chester goal in the first half.
Centre-back Chester, who has played every minute under Steve Bruce, scrambled the ball over the line from a corner to the relief of his players and supporters.
After the game, Hourihane had sent this message of delight as posted on his personal Twitter account.

Hourihane joined the Midlands club from Championship rivals Barnsley during the January transfer window.
Since his arrival, in the matches he has played in, he has suffered only defeats as he will he looking to change that when he returns from injury on Tuesday night.
Bruce’s side travel to fellow strugglers Bristol City, hoping to secure back-to-back wins and move up the table and away from a possible relegation scrap.
Lee Johnson’s side recorded a 2-2 draw at Rafa Benitez’ Newcastle on Saturday afternoon at St James’ Park.
However, the away team will be disappointed with their second half display because they were leading the game 2-0 going into the break.
