Celtic fans on Twitter are raging after defender Jack Hendry was axed from the club’s starting line-up to face Ross County at Celtic Park.
The 22-year-old received rave reviews for his performance for Scotland against Hungary in midweek, but that hasn’t stopped Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers from leaving him out of the side to face the bottom club in the Scottish Premiership table.
The team was announced a short time ago on the club’s official Twitter account.

Supporters also seem unhappy that whilst Hendry has been dropped to the bench, Dedryck Boyata keeps his place in the starting line-up despite a series of poor performances.
Here are some of the best reactions from Twitter to Hendry’s absence from the Hoops side:
Boyata. What does he see with him. That the fans don't???

Hendry dropped and Boyata still there, puzzling stuff.

The other main team news is the return of Stuart Armstrong to the starting line-up for the first time since the Old Firm derby in December, whilst Mikael Lustig also starts.
Patrick Roberts is once again on the bench, where he is joined by Leigh Griffiths, returning to the Hoops squad for the first time since suffering a calf injury against Hibernian in January.
The Hoops are huge favourites to defeat the Dingwall side, and there must be a chance that if the match is won early on Griffith will get some much needed game time.
