Crystal Palace stars react approvingly after new signing agreed
Crystal Palace new signing Yeremy Pino shared an excited message after sealing his move to Selhurst Park.
Crystal Palace have endured a summer with several departures, including the loss of Eberechi Eze, who made the switch to Arsenal for a fee in the region of £67 million after hijacking Tottenham’s bid.
Speculation continues around other players too, with Football Insider revealing Liverpool remain in talks to sign Marc Guehi, who is now into the final year of his contract.
However, the club’s immediate priority was to find a replacement for Eze, and Palace have now confirmed the arrival of Pino.
The Spanish winger expressed his delight over the move on social media, giving supporters a glimpse of his excitement at joining Oliver Glasner’s side.

Yeremy Pino ‘proud’ to join Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace announced a deal has been confirmed for Pino on 29 August, with the winger signed in the region of £26 million from Villarreal.
The Spanish winger shared a message with supporters on Instagram, writing: “Proud to join Crystal Palace! Come on you Eagles!”
His post drew plenty of attention from fellow Spaniards in the Premier League, with Arsenal’s David Raya, Manchester City’s Nico Gonzalez and Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez among those showing support.
Several of his new teammates also reacted, including Daniel Munoz and Justin Devenny, who both liked the announcement.
Pino arrives with strong pedigree, having made 133 appearances for Villarreal since his debut in 2020. He scored four goals in 34 league matches last season, playing a key role in helping the La Liga side secure fifth place and Champions League qualification.
Palace had initially turned their attention to Bilal El Khannouss after Eze’s departure, but Leicester’s £35million valuation proved too high, paving the way for the deal to sign Pino.
Crystal Palace enter race for Tyrique George

With Pino’s arrival bolstering their attack, Glasner’s side are still exploring options to add further depth ahead of a busy campaign.
Reports suggest Crystal Palace are monitoring Tyrique George’s situation at Chelsea, with the winger potentially available to leave before the transfer window closes.
Fulham and Roma have also shown interest in the 19-year-old, but Palace are now believed to have joined the race should Chelsea sanction his exit.
